• Purchase order push into Sage
• Invoice export from Zahara into Sage with document link

Our SmartSync on premise tool can be installed on a PC or server and stays in sync with Sage 50 and Zahara. Alternatively we have a CSV or Excel invoice output choice that can be used to simply and save money. Purchase Invoices recorded in Zahara can be imported into Sage 50 using Audit Trail Transaction import.

Xero

Zahara has a full integration with Xero. This includes:

• Invoice export from Zahara into Xero with document PDF
• Import invoices from Xero into Zahara

Our Xero sync supports full AP automation but allows purchase orders to be created in Zahara, approved, receipted and tracked. The corresponding invoice is then exported to Xero for P&L purposes.

QuickBooks Online

Zahara has a full integration with QuickBooks Online. This includes:

• 1 way nominal code sync - QBO down

• Classes mapping
• Invoice export from Zahara into QBO with document PDF

Our QuickBooks Online sync supports full AP automation but allows purchase orders to be created in Zahara, approved, receipted and tracked. The corresponding invoice is then exported to QBO for P&L purposes.

MYOB

Pegasus Opera

Zahara has a good integration with Opera. This includes:

• 2 way supplier sync
• 1 way nominal code sync - Opera down
• 1 way tax code sync - Opera down
• Departments mapping
• Projects mapping
• Invoice export from Zahara into Opera with document links

Our Opera sync supports full AP automation but allows purchase orders to be created in Zahara, approved, receipted and tracked. The corresponding invoice is then exported to Opera for P&L purposes.

Zapier & Power Automate

These are both event driven integrations. Very much "if this then that". As something happens in Zahara, make it available to another application. This means purchase order data can be captured and moved to another system or the reverse. Purchase orders from third party systems can be created in Zahara. Typical uses include:

• Save invoice PDF's to DropBox
• Alert finance in Microsoft Teams when a new supplier is created.
• Save invoice data to an online database

Although these types of integrations don't provide syncs they are useful when you are all setup and staged.

API

Zahara's api allows developers to create their own integrations. We have a reporting API that can be used to extract line item data for advanced reporting as well as an API for creating full-suite integrations.
